U Magazine's Flight Window

U Magazine's Flight Window(click for a clearer view)
This is an interesting way to arouse interest among consumers, flight windows stickers with the line "read and let the journey begin" in mini busses where most passengers read magazines or newspaper to kill time on their journey. Love it! Not because i do bought this magazine and i'm not trying to be bias here, U Magazine is the most popular travel magazine in Hong Kong but...
i've tried following one of it's pocket map guidebook for my bangkok trip early march this year which to my amaze, frustating (if i would just stick to my footprint guide that i brought along.'p).

The reason: Finding PLAYGROUND at Thong Lo is not a 15minutes walking distance from BTS Thong Lo's Exit No. 3 as claimed, it took me 1/2 an hour to reach the CLOSED PLAYGROUND (maybe for people of hong kong, it is 15minutes because they do walk very fast, but for malaysian, like me~sigh~...). Few months later, an issue of U Mag stated that the place has been closed down for several reason...
I hope that 1 day, the writer from U Mag will try the chicken rice in Malaysia or perhaps Singapore, maybe u will love it more than the hainanese chicken rice in Soi Phetchaburi 30.'> (but i do enjoy the sight-seeing while searching for this place)
I've tried Ban Khun Mae at Siam Square Soi 8 but i prefer a more spicy version of Thai's but i do love the lemon grass drink that they served. Oh, I never got the chance to try out the bakery, Le Blanc at Soi 39, Sukhumvit Road *sigh*. Hope i did not miss anything interesting there!
